HI, I'M DAN GINADER!

My journey started at the University at Buffalo, where I earned my Exercise Science degree and played four years of D1 NCAA baseball. With over 500 internship hours under a distinguished powerlifter, I developed a keen interest in strength and conditioning.

Continuing my education at the University at Buffalo, I pursued a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, completing 52 weeks of internships across 4 states in 3 diverse settings. Launching my career in Indianapolis, I concentrated on sports-related injuries, dedicated to helping athletes return to their peak performance. I now work in New York City where I treat a wide array of patients but have a focus on dancers and Broadway performers.

For 28 consecutive days, starting October 1st, you'll engage in 10 to 20 minute workouts of 3-6 movements designed to improve not only your strength and flexibility but also confidence. 

Over the course of the 4 weeks you will feel yourself getting stronger, being more active, and ultimately feel better about yourself and what you can do.

By the end of the 28, days working out will be a full blown habit and you will have enough of a base layer to move forward on your own!
