My journey started at the University at Buffalo, where I earned my Exercise Science degree and played four years of D1 baseball.
I pursued a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, and after completing it I concentrated on sports-related injuries, dedicated to helping athletes return to their peak performance. I now work in NYC with a wide array of patients but have a focus in dancers and Broadway performers.
I've partnered with one of NYC's best Pilates Instructors, Sarah Burns, and together we've created a Pilates program that is perfect for those looking to strengthen and train the core muscles along with their arms, glutes, and more.

Sarah Burns is the owner of BY SB STUDIO. She is a motivated New Yorker with a natural love of training. She began as a classically trained dancer where she discovered her love of mastering human movement.
After graduating from the University at Buffalo with a BFA in Dance, she found the magic of Pilates. Her extensive dance background has influenced her contemporary and athletic approach to Pilates based training.
Before starting her own business, she worked as a Pilates Instructor at Equinox and Core Focus Physical Therapy, where she had years of experience working with a variety of clients to meet their individual goals and needs. Her personal style of teaching integrates strength, mobility and control techniques to achieve maximum potential in the body.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
For 28 consecutive days, starting October 1st, Sarah will take you through 20 minute videos that will help you connect to your core muscles and get stronger throughout the entire body. At the end of the program you will feel stronger, stand taller, and feel more mobile in your joints, and more enthusiastic about moving your body.
