My journey started at the University at Buffalo, where I earned my Exercise Science degree and played four years of D1 NCAA baseball. With over 500 internship hours under a distinguished powerlifter, I developed a keen interest in strength and conditioning.

Continuing my education at the University at Buffalo, I pursued a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, completing 52 weeks of internships across 4 states in 3 diverse settings. Launching my career in Indianapolis, I concentrated on sports-related injuries, dedicated to helping athletes return to their peak performance. I now work in New York City where I work with a wide array of patients but have a focus in dancers and Broadway performers.

For 28 consecutive days, starting April 8th, you'll engage in 10 to 20 minute workouts of 3 movements designed to improve not only your strength and flexibility but also your confidence.

Over the course of the 4 weeks you will feel yourself getting stronger, being more active, and ultimately feel better about yourself and what you can do.

After that, the 14 day challenge will operate just like the previous program, where everyday, for 14 consecutive days, a new workout is unlocked. The only difference here is that the exercises will revolve more around building overall strength at a much higher level!
