My journey started at the University at Buffalo, where I earned my Exercise Science degree and played four years of D1 NCAA baseball. With over 500 internship hours under a distinguished powerlifter, I developed a keen interest in strength and conditioning.
Continuing my education at the University at Buffalo, I pursued a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, completing 52 weeks of internships across 4 states in 3 diverse settings. Launching my career in Indianapolis, I concentrated on sports-related injuries, dedicated to helping athletes return to their peak performance. Committed to ongoing education, I've completed various courses in exercise techniques, manual therapy, and ergonomics.
Join me on this journey of continuous learning, empowerment, and optimal well-being!
